Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates road freight transportation logistics, managing vehicles, drivers, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of road freight transportation logistics 2. Management of vehicles, drivers, and trip documentation 3. Preparation of reports and instruction letters for customers Job Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (MANDATORY) Proficiency in PC use and knowledge of road freight transportation logistics Supervise vehicle locations and update instruction logs. Update system information with accurate data for each trip. Confirm driver settlements and report to the settlement department. Control necessary trip documentation. Provide timely information to drivers. Report the status of vehicles and drivers under supervision. Issue instructions to drivers and monitor their execution. Prepare and verify reports for customers. Draft and update instruction letters for export container trips. Control container labeling for various clients upon request. Promptly attend to and support container drivers en route and at terminals. Provide information to monitoring personnel for proper tracking. Prepare waybills.
