




Position Summary: Plan and conduct operational, financial, and administrative internal audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations, thereby strengthening internal control and mitigating risks. Interaction with the General Management and various departments Job Description Primary Objective: Plan, conduct, and document operational, financial, and administrative internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, brand quality standards, and applicable regulations, thereby strengthening internal control and mitigating risks in the distributor's operations. • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting; Industrial Relations Engineering; Process Engineering. • Languages: Spanish / Technical English preferred. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in internal or external auditing. Automotive sector experience preferred (commercial or heavy-duty vehicle distributors). • Technical Requirements: - Knowledge of internal and external auditing standards. - Risk identification and management. - Proficiency in automotive ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel data analysis. - Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner policies and processes is desirable. • Competencies and Skills: - Critical analysis and attention to detail. - Data-driven decision making. - Professional ethics and integrity. - Effective oral and written communication. - Organization, planning, and follow-up. - Sense of responsibility and commitment. - Teamwork and cross-departmental interaction. Commercial Departments (Sales, Service, Parts) - Audit of commercial and operational processes. Review of compliance with sales and customer service policies.
