Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain up-to-date inventory. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team immediately. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable procurement experience. Personal transportation to commute to the company (desirable). Relevant bachelor's degree. Experience in negotiation and ERP system usage. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for the efficient operation of our business. Your role will involve supplier analysis, price and terms negotiation, and order and delivery tracking. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory and ensuring the availability of critical supplies. Additionally, you must collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve any supply-related issues and manage procurement processes efficiently. Prior experience in procurement, supplier management, and negotiation is required. You must possess strong organizational and effective communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems. Analytical ability and decision-making skills, as well as teamwork capability, are highly valued.
