Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Research Manager to visit customers, manage credit applications, and build long-term relationships by delivering solutions and high-quality service. Respectful and friendly customer service Position As a Research Manager, you are responsible for completing assigned tasks through your work tool, visiting customers according to assigned routes, managing credit applications, and establishing long-term relationships with our customers. · Key Responsibilities Carry out assigned tasks within your crew’s geographical area to visit customers.* Understand customer needs to provide the best solution enabling them to regularize their accounts and authorize applications.* Deliver service with respect and friendliness to our customers.* Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear.
