Key Responsibilities: Assist executives in administrative, financial, and control functions. Manage and control calendars, as well as track agreements and commitments with management. Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses. Communicate and liaise with executives and key organizational departments. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related field. Advanced proficiency in technological and digital tools. Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Bilingual. Proven experience in executive assistance, coordination, or executive support. Competencies and Skills: Effective communication. Proactivity.
