Execution of effective and measurable training plans * A leading Mexican company engaged in the marketing, distribution, and storage of candies, snacks, etc., is seeking: **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** **Professional Objective:** Ensure the company consistently maintains appropriate, well-integrated, and continuously developing human capital, thereby supporting the company’s strategic vision through four pillars: long-term attraction and retention of high-quality talent; timely resolution of personnel issues; execution of effective and measurable training plans; and flawless administration of HR processes, payroll, and documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attraction and retention of operational position talent. * Documented HR department processes: 100% implemented by the third bimester. * Trainings uploaded to Helpi Mentoring * Complete and up-to-date employee files * Compliance with the approved training plan * Post-training evaluations * Onboarding follow-up at 30-60-90 days * Employee climate surveys * Payroll processing **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department within a grocery, confectionery, or similar company * Proficiency in Office suite / INTERMEDIATE EXCEL * **Experience in recruitment and selection for operational positions** **Location and Salary:** * Irapuato / San Miguelito * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm * $12,000 - $15,000 net monthly (tax-free), statutory benefits, personal development course, managerial development course.
