Job Summary: PROTRASA is seeking an experienced Mobile Workshop Supervisor with expertise in diesel unit maintenance and team management to oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. Collaborate in planning and executing maintenance strategies. PROTRASA is looking for a Mobile Workshop Supervisor to join our growing team. **Requirements:** 1\. Workshop management and knowledge of maintenance processes for medium- and heavy-duty diesel units. 2\. ERP system proficiency. 3\. Solid knowledge of diesel engines, specifically Cummins x\-15, Detroit Diesel DD15, Paccar MX\-13. 4\. Eaton manual and semi\-automatic transmissions, pneumatic systems (brakes), steering and wheel bearing suspension systems. 5\. Supervise and coordinate mobile workshop activities, plan and execute the fleet’s preventive maintenance program, generate work orders, and record related activities. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet. 2\. Administer and train maintenance personnel. 3\. Manage spare parts and tool inventory. 4\. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all maintenance operations. 5\. Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute maintenance strategies.
