Support the Store Manager in daily store operations. Coordinate the development and training of Sales Executives, as well as their management with the support of the Store Manager.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Support the achievement of the store’s sales objectives and customer experience. Ensure execution of Our Commitment by every Executive toward our customers.30% Support the Store Manager in daily operations: scheduling, maintaining store image, stationery, consumables, inventory, store opening and closing.20% Ensure all staff understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, processes, and policies.
