




Job Summary: This position involves the efficient and safe handling of packages, ensuring proper sorting, delivery, and collection, as well as compliance with safety regulations and documentation requirements. Involves package handling in operations, including manual handling, sorting activities, detection, and performing any related administrative tasks or paperwork. General Job Description: Under general supervision, performs the following activities: * Efficiently and safely delivers and collects packages. * Inspects packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of contents—including weight and dimensions—appropriate packaging, insured values, and special requirements for hazardous materials shipments. * Accurately and meticulously prepares documentation related to package pickup and delivery, such as air waybills, delivery records, vehicle status reports, etc. * Actively seeks additional business from existing customers; if unsuccessful, refers them to the sales manager. * Reports changes in customer handling and/or competitor activity to station operations, management, and sales. * Safely loads and unloads aircraft and company vehicles. * Conducts size and weight sampling and audits of packages and boxes. * Ensures the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies, procedures, standards, rules, and practices. * Safely operates company vehicles and performs basic maintenance (cleaning, washing, tire pressure checks, etc.) Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education Level: * Completed secondary education. * Basic English preferred Minimum Experience: * Preferred experience in ramp operations and warehouse equipment handling. Minimum Required Skills: * Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
