Join our team and help make every dish a delicious experience for our customers. **Job Objective** Prepare flautas and complementary foods in compliance with the restaurant’s standards for quality, flavor, hygiene, and presentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of flautas (chicken, beef, potato, and other specialties). * Preparation of side dishes, sauces, and accompaniments. * Plating and presentation of dishes according to restaurant standards. * Portion control and proper handling of ingredients. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assisting with inventory management and receipt of supplies. **Required Profile** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a cook or kitchen assistant. * Knowledge of Mexican cuisine preparation. * Responsible, organized, and committed. * Teamwork skills and positive attitude under pressure. * Availability to work on weekends. **Key Competencies** * Working under pressure * Attention to detail * Organization * Service-oriented attitude * Punctuality **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $8,824.00 * Additional tips * Statutory benefits after 2 months * Midweek day off * Excellent working environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Application** If you wish to join our team and develop your career in a Mexican restaurant, please submit your application or an updated CV.
