We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **Civil Works Resident** **Position Objective:** *Support the Superintendent* in tasks delegated by them. Responsible for the physical execution of the assigned work front. Proactively plan activities, materials, and personnel required to meet the construction schedule. Must ensure compliance with constraints and standards related to time, quality, cost, and safety. **Main Functions and Activities to Support:** * Thoroughly understand the scope, drawings, specifications, and control budget (including unit price cards) for their assigned work front. * Quantify materials required for the assigned work front and submit this information to the Superintendent for review and approval. * Execute fieldwork for their work front in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements. * Conduct daily quality supervision on site, maintaining quality forecasts and standards across all tasks, adhering to applicable codes and regulations. * Verify that materials and/or equipment delivered to the site match the specifications and quantities requested per the purchase order. * Meet with the Superintendent to present progress and schedule updates for their work front for review and integration into the General Construction Schedule. * Conduct project closeout with subcontractors.
