Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise plant maintenance activities, ensure continuous improvement, product safety, and a healthy work environment by managing personnel and departmental documentation. Personnel management and workplace environment Maintenance Supervisor Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance-related activities in the plant. Implement and monitor the maintenance program together with the Maintenance Manager. Maintain continuous improvement in processes, machinery, and/or equipment to achieve maximum efficiency. Coordinate and promote activities to maintain product safety. Ensure that subordinates comply with scheduled maintenance programs. Foster a positive work environment while respecting employees. Carry out administrative and document control tasks required in the department. Contribute to new continuous improvement projects. Report any deviations or incidents affecting food safety. Monitor the relevant PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) related to their activities.
