Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the production line, ensuring adherence to the weekly schedule, quality and safety standards, and efficient use of resources. DE C.V. is seeking a Production Supervisor in La Capilla \- Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing steel poles and fittings for the electrical industry. We operate two manufacturing plants spanning seventeen hectares of production and storage facilities, equipped with world-class machinery and technology. POSITION OBJECTIVES Manage the production line, ensuring optimal utilization of human, material, and equipment resources to guarantee that the work schedule is met within the minimum required weekly compliance level, while maintaining quality standards, operational safety, and established specifications. REQUIREMENTS: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Supervise operational staff to ensure they understand their roles and objectives. 2\. Ensure proper equipment usage and compliance with quality standards. 3\. Monitor inventory and ensure continuity of the production process. 4\. Resolve operational issues to maintain production efficiency. 5\. Verify that products meet standards prior to quality inspection. ACTIVITIES A) Ensure proper management of assigned operators, guaranteeing that all understand and comply with work instructions, roles, and objectives to ensure safety, quality, and productive effectiveness, thereby achieving weekly production schedule compliance. B) Ensure proper use of assigned equipment by supervising operator controls to maintain equipment in optimal condition, ensuring product quality, operational safety, and work quality. C) Manage and monitor inventory of materials, accessories, and products across various production line processes to ensure uninterrupted production. D) Resolve issues arising during production, aiming to restore systems, material flow, and workforce utilization to normal operation as soon as possible. F) Validate that products meet quality standards before initiating quality inspection.
