




Job Summary: Grupo Polesa is seeking a Project Architect to develop and supervise architectural projects in manufacturing plants, optimizing functionality, costs, and timelines. To continue contributing to transformation, we seek to integrate a Project Architect into our team, who will be based at our Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos plant (south of Guadalajara). Job Objective: Develop and supervise architectural projects for manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with industry technical, regulatory, and operational standards while optimizing functionality, costs, and execution timelines. Requirements: • Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or related field • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fleet administration, with demonstrable experience coordinating workshops, managing work orders and cost control, handling maintenance histories, tire management, fuel efficiency tracking, and budgeting • Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy vehicles • Management of external workshops, warranties, and negotiations with suppliers • Tire control (rotation, wear, repairs, performance per km) • Analysis of diesel performance and detection of deviations • KPI management: availability, cost/km, fuel consumption, % compliance with preventive maintenance, among others • Interpretation of diagnostics, logbooks, and technical reports • Operational safety and traffic regulations • Basic knowledge of spare parts and standard repair times Competencies: • Organization and planning • Results orientation and cost reduction • Supplier negotiation • Problem solving * Technical and operational data analysis Responsibilities: 1.
