We are currently expanding our Projects Division and therefore seek talent eager to grow in construction execution and supervision. **Job Objective** To supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of HVAC projects in the field, guaranteeing compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards, as well as the appropriate management of assigned personnel and resources. **Job Focus:** Planning → Supervision → Execution → Control → Results Key Responsibilities * Planning and tracking of construction schedules. * Coordination of human resources, materials, and tools for project execution. * Supervision of HVAC system installation according to drawings and specifications. * Quality control on-site and verification of regulatory compliance. * Supervision of subcontractors and technical staff. * Project budget control and monitoring. * Reporting of physical and financial progress to management. * Management of on-site incidents and resolution of technical issues. * Supervision of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Continuous communication with the client throughout project execution. * Validation of testing, commissioning, and final project handover. **Job KPIs** * % Schedule compliance (≥ 90%) * % Budget compliance (≥ 95%) * % Quality standard compliance (≥ 95%) * % Incidents resolved on time (≥ 90%) * % Safety regulation compliance (100%) **Profile and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 0–2 years of experience in construction supervision, HVAC projects, or construction. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (AutoCAD). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project software. * Strong organizational, leadership, and process-follow-up skills. * Effective communication and personnel management skills. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in HVAC or industrial projects. * Knowledge of industrial safety. * Experience managing construction schedules. * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to operate a standard vehicle. * Willingness to travel. **Important:** We seek an individual with leadership qualities, a strong sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
