Position Summary: We are seeking an Analytical Chemist to manage laboratory supplies, supervise technicians, and ensure quality through protocol compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Application of physicochemical, chromatographic, and microbiological techniques Jalisco req30767 **Spirits Division** We are looking for an: Analytical Chemist Education: Engineering degree with specialization in Pharmaceutical-Biological Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience applying physicochemical, chromatographic, organoleptic, and microbiological food analysis techniques. Knowledge: Manage required laboratory materials, reagents, and services. Supervise tasks assigned to analytical technicians and their associated reports. Maintain updated and reviewed quality management system documentation within the quality laboratory through periodic review. Record laboratory activities to verify that procedures were performed according to specified protocols. Prepare chemical analysis solutions and supervise verification and calibration of equipment and materials prior to use. Report and communicate supervision outcomes for technical staff performance evaluation and for client-facing result delivery. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint).
