JLL, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments—providing consulting, leasing, maintenance, valuation, financing, and investment solutions to companies nationwide—is seeking: Plumber Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, El Salto Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to rotate among the following shifts Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM Responsibilities: • Repair leaks in the main potable water, irrigation, and reuse piping system. • Maintain irrigation pumps. • Maintain the irrigation system. • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems transporting water, gas, and sewage. • Perform repairs on external piping. • Provide support for air conditioning systems.
