Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Assistant with solid training in mechanics and electronics for the installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of HVAC systems, committed to excellence. JLL, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments—providing consulting, leasing, maintenance, valuation, financing, and investment services to various companies nationwide—is seeking: HVAC Assistant Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, El Salto Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to rotate among the following shifts Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM Responsibilities: • Possess solid training in mechanics and electronics, with demonstrable experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance. • Must be able to read and understand technical drawings, and work accurately and efficiently in on-site environments. • A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence in work are required. • You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal HVAC system operation.
