What This Role Entails We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an HSSE Specialist: Work Location: Atotonilco, Jalisco Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts: 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, and 10 PM to 6 AM. Work Modality: On-site What Does Your Day Look Like? Procurement of appropriate tools and PPE for planned tasks, always protecting and optimizing company resources Field supervision, inspection, and monitoring of safety program compliance during activities and services provided by JLL vendors On-site validation of risk assessments for activities, maintenance, and services performed by vendors Verification of vendor HSSE training compliance Execution and monitoring of HSSE procedures and forms Active participation in and daily operation of the “Safety Moment” program Conducting routine inspections and audits of PPE and HSSE processes across all teams under your supervision Continuous identification and documentation of unsafe acts and conditions Waste management coordination with each work team Participation in implementation and management of the HSSE program Requirements Technical degree in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related fields; Paramedic; or Nursing Technician HSSE diploma and proven field experience in industrial safety and high-risk activities Minimum 3 years as a Safety, Health, Hygiene, and Environmental Supervisor. Experience in Safety, Health, and Environment, preferably across diverse work settings. Prior experience in facilities, property management, or related fields preferred General knowledge of local occupational health and safety legal requirements, critical infrastructure, and vendor management for specialized services Experience understanding basic technical aspects of the facility (HVAC in communication rooms, IDF, MDF or site, cooling systems, PCI systems, mechanical and electrical systems, BMS) Knowledge of national legislation: STPS, Civil Protection, SEMARNAT, IMSS, SENER. Knowledge of international legislation: OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, ASME. DC5 certification to deliver high-risk work training courses (desirable). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience
