Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with operational experience to attract, onboard, and maintain a stable work environment in the agro-industrial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Stability within a growing company We are an agro-industrial company dedicated to the production and distribution of sprouts and vegetable shoots. Our operations rely on committed and productive people, and we need someone who can attract them, onboard them, and maintain a stable environment. Position Location: La Barca area, Jalisco (near Ocotlán). What We Expect You to Achieve in This Role - Timely and effective filling of operational vacancies, reducing unnecessary turnover. - Accurate and well-controlled pre-payroll incidents. - Creation of an environment where employees feel heard, yet with order and structure. - Serving as a genuine support point for supervisors and operations. - Preventing conflicts before they escalate into major issues. We are not looking for someone who only handles paperwork. We seek someone who engages directly with operations and resolves issues. Requirements - Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). - Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an HR Generalist. - Proven experience in operational recruitment and plant personnel management. - Experience in incident control and pre-payroll processing. - Confidence in interacting with operational staff and middle management.
