Responsibilities and Activities * Attend to customers and agents, providing timely follow-up through various communication channels. * Conduct internal follow-up with Qualitas departments (Call Center, Valuation, Legal, Claims, Roadside Assistance, Agreements, and Theft). * Coordinate with colleagues and department heads to expedite response times.
