An agro-industrial company is seeking: Purchaser Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration Functions and Responsibilities * Manage purchases of **meat cuts, packaging materials, additives, ice, PPE, etc.** * Select, evaluate, and certify suppliers compliant with **sanitary regulations (TIF/COFEPRIS/NOM\-251\)**. * Negotiate **price, quality, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts**. * Monitor inventory levels and **prevent stockouts** affecting production. * Control **purchase orders**, deliveries, sanitary documentation, and invoices. * Identify alternative supply sources and **optimize procurement costs**. * Coordinate with **Production, Quality, and Logistics** to meet product specifications. * Manage procurement of external services: maintenance, spare parts, IT, etc. * Keep the **ERP system updated** with supplier data, pricing, and lead times. * Document key information for **internal and external audits**.
