Job Summary: Support bulk tequila handling and control—from receipt and transfer to cleaning and recordkeeping—ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bulk tequila handling and verification 2. Equipment cleaning and sanitization 3. Product movement recording and control * Receive and verify bulk tequila from production or suppliers. * Assist in transferring, filtering, measuring, and moving tequila between tanks or containers. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of tanks, hoses, valves, and equipment used in bulk handling. * Record volumes, batches, and product movements in logbooks or internal systems. * Assist in physical inventories of bulk tequila. * Verify storage conditions and report anomalies. * Comply with industrial safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Assist in preparing bulk tequila for subsequent processes such as blending, adjustment, or bottling. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
