Job Summary: We are seeking Counter Sales Representatives to serve and advise customers, manage sales, and support commercial operations at a leading company specializing in heavy machinery parts. We operate in 7 countries and have over 120 branches across Latin America, establishing ourselves as an industry benchmark. **Due to growth, we are seeking talent to join our team in the following positions:** * Counter Sales – Cashier * Counter Sales – Warehouse **Main Responsibilities** * Serve and advise counter and assigned account customers, ensuring timely and high-quality service. * Manage branch-based sales, promoting products, new lines, and promotions to increase customer share. * Perform cashier duties: collections, cash closing, cash counts, invoicing, and purchase order follow-up. * Follow up with customers and commercial operations, including invoice review and support on payment commitments. * Control inventory through physical counts, stock tracking, and support in restocking processes. * Prepare, load, unload, and organize merchandise, ensuring warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper identification. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in counter sales and/or customer service at distributors. * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management and/or cash closing, cash counts, and collections. * Complete and up-to-date documentation. **We Offer** * Base salary \+ commissions. * Weekly payment via BBVA. * Meal vouchers at 10%. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Job stability. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM **Apply through this channel and become part of a solid, continuously growing company!**
