Coordinate continuous training and updates **Job Objective:** Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs to ensure staff possess the necessary competencies, complying with automotive agency standards and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and update the **training matrix**, ensuring profiles are audit-ready and meet internal and brand requirements. * Design and deliver **onboarding courses** for newly hired personnel. * Coordinate and execute **continuous training and update programs**, including use of internal and external platforms. * Monitor compliance with certifications and position-specific development plans. * Be present and provide support during the **onboarding process** for new employees. * Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback. * Maintain training records and evidence for audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector. * Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Adaptability Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: On-site employment
