Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid experience in comprehensive Human Resources, focused on leadership, organizational development, and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Team Accompaniment and Management **Work Modality:** 100% Remote Work **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. At PSICOSMART, we seek a candidate with solid experience in **comprehensive Human Resources**, with a focus on **leadership, organizational development, continuous improvement, and team support**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes * Design and improvement of onboarding and integration processes * Coordination of leader training and development * Management of workplace climate and performance evaluations * Personnel administration, incident handling, payroll, and pre-payroll processing * Preparation and supervision of payroll and final settlements * Implementation of organizational culture and continuous improvement initiatives * Monitoring of Human Resources indicators * Support to leaders and employees on personnel management topics **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field * **Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating comprehensive Human Resources** * Demonstrable experience in: * Organizational Development * Training * Workplace Climate * Personnel Administration * Payroll and final settlement preparation **Desirable:** * Experience in technology or service companies * Experience working under remote or hybrid work arrangements **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Recruitment and Selection * DNC and Training * Performance Evaluations * NOM-035 and NOM-037 * Federal Labor Law * HR Indicators * Payroll and Incidents * Intermediate/Advanced Excel **Key Competencies:** * Leadership * Assertive Communication * Organization and Follow-up * Proactivity * Conflict Management * Emotional Intelligence * Results Orientation **We Offer:** * Remote work modality * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonus * Salary to be determined based on experience, professional level, and economic expectations **Important:** Preference will be given to candidates residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, or those available to attend in person for contract signing.
