Job Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive maintenance, infrastructure, and service management across multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance management at group or corporate level 2. Supervision of external companies and key suppliers 3. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in facilities **Maintenance Coordinator** Age 25 or older Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (completed) Comprehensive management of maintenance-related matters at group or corporate level Management of regular inspection logs to prevent failures. Rapid equipment and facility repairs (identification and management of suppliers). Supplier management for renovations. Supervision of external cleaning, security, and equipment repair service providers. Ensure safety (as established by NOMs for facilities) and compliance with Civil Protection and Environmental regulations at premises. Compliance with STPS guidelines in facilities Supplier Management and Development Responsible for comprehensive management of spaces, infrastructure, cleaning services, air conditioning (A/C), fire extinguisher refills, furniture and equipment maintenance and installation, as well as store transformations, image updates, maintenance, and repairs.
