Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to provide remote and on-site technical support, perform diagnostics and repairs, and administer systems in a growing company. Key Highlights: 1. Due to our expansion, we are looking for your talent as: Systems Technician Responsibilities: • Provide remote and on-site technical support to branches. • Perform diagnosis and repair of computer equipment. • Install and configure POS systems during store openings. • Conduct branch visits for preventive and corrective maintenance (re-cabling, inspection of card readers, recorders, and configurations). • Advise branch staff regarding incidents and resolved reports. • Administer databases and email servers. • Manage user creation, deactivation, and modifications in the POS system. • Provide 24/7 support via phone, WhatsApp, and internal applications. • Monitor software updates and proper operation of IT equipment. • Train internal and external users on hardware and software usage. • Configure printers, hardware devices, and other peripherals. • Install, update, and maintain company software.
