Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in accounting, taxation, and accounting system management to ensure compliance with tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Performance-based salary increase We are looking for a General Accountant to manage our company's accounting and ensure compliance with tax obligations. Proficiency in accounting, taxation, SUA and SIPARE systems, as well as experience in reconciliations and accounting reports, is essential. Accounting advisory services. Data entry using ASPEL. Tax and financial reconciliation. Filing of tax returns: provisional payments, including the annual tax return. Maintaining a positive standing regarding tax obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). Advisory services and alternatives for expense and investment deductibility (LEGAL ENTITIES). Payroll preparation and calculation. Payroll stamping (timbrado). Calculation of the 2% payroll tax (option to pay as a service). Calculation and preparation of federal and state tax payment forms. Social Security Services (IMSS). Employee onboarding, termination, and salary modifications (SUA, IMSS, and IDSE). Recording of disabilities, work-related risks, general illness, and maternity leave. Determination of monthly and bimonthly payments (IMSS, INFONAVIT). Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting with valid professional license (cédula). * Minimum age of 30 years. * Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting. * Solid knowledge of SUA, SIPARE, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and CFDI. * Experience calculating and filing taxes and fulfilling tax obligations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel, Odoo, or similar). * Strong organizational, financial analysis, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and produce periodic reports. We Offer Salary: $16,000 \- $20,000 MXN per month, based on experience. (Biweekly payment) Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Statutory benefits.
