Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Analyst to ensure timely acquisition of equipment and materials, control procurement processes, and manage suppliers. Key role in procurement area efficiency **Salary:** $15,000 to $16,000 MXN monthly \+ performance bonus Position Objective Ensure timely and organized procurement of equipment, materials, and services for projects and operations, maintaining purchase order control, supplier follow-up, inventory support, and proper documentation—contributing to order and efficiency in the procurement area. Main Responsibilities * Generate and track purchase orders * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery timelines * Monitor and update reports on pending orders and materials * Support supplier selection and comparison * Coordinate with warehouse for equipment receipt * Validate received materials against purchase orders * Support inventory control and shortage identification * Manage returns and warranties with suppliers * Organize and maintain procurement documentation * Update price lists and support the commercial team * Follow up on internal purchase requests Required Profile * Experience in procurement, logistics, or similar administrative areas (3–5 years) * Organized with attention to detail * Cost and supplier analyst * Decision-making expert * Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work under pressure We are looking for someone who: * Is organized and responsible * Has a sense of urgency * Is solution-oriented and proactive * Wants to grow within the procurement area We Offer * Base salary \+ performance bonus * Job stability * Growth and development opportunities * In-house training in the procurement area Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
