Collaboration in inventory control and operational processes Maintenance Analyst **Job Objective:** Ensure control, availability, maintenance, and optimal cost of the company's assets (refrigerators, scales, slicers, etc.) through management of external technicians. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor and follow up with external technicians Control asset inventory and status in the system Validate information, costs, and orders for payment authorization Occasional field supervision Track service billing and payments Ensure compliance with equipment deployment processes Guarantee customer satisfaction regarding response time Manage loan agreements and equipment documentation Generate reports and provide feedback to technicians **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in administrative/commercial fields) Experience in inventory control, operations, or vendor management Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and digital tools Basic knowledge of SAP (desirable) Analytical skills, organization, and follow-up ability Effective communication and results orientation Job Objective Ensure control, availability, maintenance, and optimal cost of the company's asset operations through external technicians (third parties).
