Your Challenges: * Provide attention and support to distributors, ensuring an agile and effective service experience. * Track required documentation for order processing and information validation. * Validate processes and ensure the proper flow of requests, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards. * Timely follow-up on requirements, meeting established response timeframes. * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure progress of each process. What We Need From You: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative process tracking, or distributor/customer service. * Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong communication skills, excellent oral expression, and service orientation. * Organized individual with attention to detail and focus on meeting deadlines.
