Our Business Areas: **Indovinya Mexico** develops and markets chemical solutions across various markets: * Crop Solutions (Agriculture): products to improve agricultural yield and sustainability. * Home \& Personal Care: ingredients for household cleaning and personal care. * Coatings \& Performance Solutions: coatings and industrial applications. * Nutrition \& Health: chemical solutions for the food and health industries. * Energy \& Resources: products for energy and natural resources sectors. **In This Role:** Responsible for executing assigned work orders on time and as specified by the supervisor, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, and supporting all emergency activities requested. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** · Execute assigned tasks per maintenance work orders issued by the supervisor · Respond to plant support, improvement, and corrective work requests · Perform repair or modification tasks involving cutting and welding · Complete assigned mechanical project tasks on time and as specified in the Project Management Plan (PMP) · Carry out activities in accordance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Perform work at heights and in confined spaces · Connect motors for power and control circuits **Requirements**: To succeed in this role, candidates must have: * **Education/Training:** Technical degree in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or industrial maintenance * **Experience in:** * Industrial mechanics, preventive and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment, cutting and welding, office software proficiency, industrial safety. **Knowledge of:** · Pump and agitator maintenance, equipment alignment, industrial electricity, SMAW and TIG welding, industrial safety **Competencies:** · Teamwork and collaboration · Proactivity · Operational discipline and process compliance **What You’ll Receive for Your Outstanding Work:** · Competitive salary. · Life insurance · 12.5% Grocery vouchers · 9% Savings fund · 25-day Christmas bonus exceeding legal requirements · Attendance and Punctuality Award **Indorama** is an equal opportunity employer, and hiring decisions are based solely on skills and knowledge.
