Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of employee** Trust-based **Purpose of the position** Contribute to the fulfillment of medication and product delivery programs by managing required resources and documentation, complying with established quality guidelines, safeguarding profitability, and promoting continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and activities** * Ensure timely dispatch of delivery units corresponding to customer medication supply requests, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted supply, adherence to scheduled delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. * Manage documentation confirming medication deliveries to our customers to maintain traceability of information regarding completed deliveries. Experience * Data control: 6 months * Administrative processes: 6 months Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel skills including data entry, workbook formatting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP).
