




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, personnel administration, training coordination, and fostering company culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive HR responsibilities from recruitment to administration. 2. Opportunity to coordinate training and promote company culture. 3. Manage personnel records, incidents, and employee relations. * 1\-Carry out the recruitment and selection process for administrative and operational positions within the organization. * 2\-Maintain personnel administration records (hires, terminations with IMSS, medical leaves, personnel files). * 3\-Issue verbal warnings, disciplinary actions, or administrative reports according to internal regulations violations. * 4\-Prepare the monthly bulletin and post it in the cafeteria. * 5\-Prepare and post relevant notices. * 6\-Prepare and distribute birthday cards for employees. * 7\-Coordinate the purchase and distribution of the monthly cake. * 8\-Distribute work materials and uniforms along with their corresponding responsibility letters. * 9\-Schedule and coordinate required staff training sessions according to the annual work plan. * 10\-Administer the "Employee of the Month" program. * 11\-Collect employee signatures on the weekly payroll. * 12\-Submit attendance incidents for payroll calculation. * 13\-Receive official visitors and authorities visiting the organization. * 14\-Handle employee termination procedures (resignations and dismissals). * 15\-Prepare and deliver employment contracts and confidentiality agreements. * 16\-Manage the time clock system. * 17\-Convene and organize necessary arrangements for meetings, trainings, and scheduled events within the organization. * 18\-Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide appropriate feedback. * 19\-Administer and control chemicals, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products. * 20\-Package weekly payroll cash into envelopes. * 21\-Promote the organization's corporate culture. **Required Knowledge\-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Federal Labor Law, personnel management, and group facilitation.** Salary: Starting at $3,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick days * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
