Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC machine programmer and operator with experience in blueprint interpretation, cutting program generation, and material optimization. Key Highlights: 1. CNC router programming and conversion of designs to G-Code. 2. Optimization of part nesting to reduce material waste. 3. Setup and operation of CNC machines. Programming • Interpret furniture and component blueprints. • Generate cutting programs for CNC routers. • Convert design files into machine codes (G-Code). • Optimize part nesting to reduce material waste. Operation • Set up CNC machines (tools, drill bits, parameters). • Correctly load and secure materials. • Execute cutting programs. • Monitor the machining process. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Knowledge: File, AutoCAD, CNC, Cutting, Design, Fusion 360, Measuring Instruments, Blueprint Interpretation, Materials, Blueprints, Programming, Routers, SketchUp, Cutting Tools Keywords: developer, desarrollador, operator, operario, operator
