Job Summary: We are seeking a Customs Operations Executive to coordinate international logistics and customs clearance operations, handling shipping documentation and files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated coordination of logistics and customs clearance operations 2. Management of documentation and shipping files 3. Training in drafting letters for customs clearance Customs Brokerage Agency Find Your Talent **"Customs Operations Executive"** **We are looking for:** * Graduate of International Trade, International Business, or equivalent degree. * Minimum one year of experience in an international logistics company, freight forwarder, or customs brokerage agency. * Availability of time and occasional willingness to travel. * Knowledge of and ability to review documents related to customs clearance and international logistics. * Basic knowledge of NOM certificates and UVA’s **Main Responsibilities:** * Quoting pickup services in the country of origin, maritime, land, or air freight charges. * Quoting customs clearance services. * Coordinating cargo pickup from the country of origin to the destination country. * Requesting required documents from clients to prepare customs clearance. * Drafting letters for customs clearance (we provide training to the candidate). * Opening, preparing, and consolidating shipping files for each shipment. * Scheduling appointments for pre-inspections, inspections, handling operations, and customs clearance with support from the customs brokerage agency. * Other duties fully related to logistics or customs clearance. **Offer:** * Monthly salary of MXN 15,000–20,000 * Statutory benefits * Training * Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 * Saturday: remote work Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send CV to ana(dot)guzman(at)sanchezvalencia(dot)com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Customs brokerage agency or related field: 1 year (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
