**Billing and Surgical Scheduling Assistant** **Guadalajara, Jalisco** **Núcleo Endoscópico** At Núcleo Endoscópico, we are seeking a **Billing and Surgical Scheduling Assistant** to join our administrative team. **Main responsibilities:** * Patient registration and procedure scheduling in the system. * Updating and managing the surgical schedule. * Preparing and issuing electronic invoices. * Applying and tracking credit notes. * Attending to and following up on customer requests. * Compiling, reviewing, and delivering files to the collections department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar administrative positions. * Knowledge of **electronic invoicing (valid CFDI)**. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience with hospital or administrative systems is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. **Apply by submitting your updated CV through this platform or to the email rh@nucleoendoscopico.com** **Join our team at Núcleo Endoscópico!** Salary: $14,000.00 \- $14,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
