Task management in high-demand environments At Totalplay Telecomunicaciones, we are hiring: **DISPATCH ANALYST.** **Job Objective:** The dispatch analyst is responsible for assigning daily operational tasks, tracking tickets, validating their correct resolution, and monitoring improvement projects—both for contractors and internal staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supporting technicians and monitoring service installation * Validating and analyzing ticket information for resolution * Tracking proposed projects for network improvement * Coordinating work crews for service installation * Managing reports and databases **Requirements:** * Gender-neutral * Proficiency in Excel * Flexible working hours * Experience managing reports and databases * Ability to manage tasks in high-demand environments Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
