




Position Summary: We are seeking a Collection Dispatch Coordinator to manage external dispatches, monitor delinquent accounts, and support training for the legal collections team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and follow-up of external collection dispatches. 2. Support in team training and performance evaluation. 3. Merchandise recovery and management reports. Grupo Salinas and the Legal Collections Department. We are currently seeking: Collection Dispatch Coordinator – Guadalajara Job Requirements: * University graduate or currently completing degree. * Bachelor’s degree in Law or administrative fields (completed). * Valid Class A driver’s license. * Availability to work on weekends. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to travel and work in field operations. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Job Responsibilities: * Administration of external collection dispatches, monitoring of delinquent accounts, and recovery activities. * Proficiency in collection management tools. * Support in training the legal collections team. * Performance evaluation and feedback to external collection dispatches. * Preparation of reports and key performance indicators. * Merchandise recovery.
