




Position Summary: We are seeking a Collection Dispatch Coordinator in Guadalajara to manage, monitor, and recover delinquent accounts through external agencies, as well as provide training support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and monitoring of external collection agencies 2. Recovery of delinquent accounts and goods 3. Support in training the legal collection team Grupo Salinas and the Legal Collection Department. We are currently seeking: Collection Dispatch Coordinator – Guadalajara Job Requirements: * University graduate with degree conferred or in the process of graduation. * Bachelor’s degree in Law or administrative fields (completed). * Valid Class A driver’s license. * Availability to work on weekends. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to travel and perform field operations. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Job Responsibilities: * Administration of external collection agencies, monitoring of delinquent accounts, and recovery activities. * Proficiency in collection management tools. * Support in training the legal collection team. * Performance evaluation and feedback for external collection agencies. * Preparation of reports and performance indicators. * Recovery of goods.
