Utilize strong facilitation and communication skills in a dynamic environment. **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- * Conducts new hire training in a classroom or virtual setting, continuous education or up\-training sessions. * Attends training/QA calibration meetings. * Trains no more than 40% in a calendar year and completes monthly phone time requirements as established by the regional training leader. * Continues supporting Operations from the agent position when no classes available to lead. Reports to operations team manager when in class or taking calls and dotted line to learning delivery when in class. * Assists training and other functional departments with any other necessary functions. Perform other duties as assigned by management. **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------ * 6\+ months of training/teaching experience, required. * Proficiency in facilitation and listening skills. * Candidates must have open schedule, FULL on\-site position. * Advanced English level (C1 in CEFR) with excellent communication skills is required. * Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines. * Adaptability to work in a fast\-paced work environment. * 3\-months tenure in current position and no deviations or disciplinary actions on record.
