Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure quality and food safety at every stage of the process—from raw materials to finished product—in a Mexican food company. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with quality and food safety standards We are a 100% Mexican food company specializing in baby products. We are looking for a **Quality Assistant** who wants to grow with us. **Position Objective:** Ensure quality and food safety at every stage of the process—from raw material receipt to finished product release. Requirements * Education: **Food Engineering, Biofood Process Engineering**, or related field (mandatory). * Graduated or currently completing thesis (verifiable). * Minimum experience: **8–10 months in the food industry**. * Must reside in Guadalajara’s Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) (mandatory). * Knowledge of **NOM-251, NOM-130, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, food safety processes, and FSSC 22000**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and verify production line processes. * Water analysis and control. * Verification of raw materials upon receipt and during storage. * Compliance with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, FIFO, NC management, and food safety plan. * Delivery and control of chemical products. * Supervision of machinery cleaning. **What We Offer** * **Schedule:** Evening shift, Monday to Friday **(12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)**. * **Salary:** $10,170 monthly (paid biweekly). * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Grocery vouchers** (issued after establishing employment base following 3 months). **Work Location:** **Av.
