The company specializes in manufacturing mud flaps and truck cab mats and is currently seeking a **Plastic Injection Process Technician**—don’t miss the opportunity to advance your career with a reputable and stable organization. **Requirements:** Industrial engineering, technical degree in machinery and tools, plastic injection, or related field. **Job Objective** Responsible for adjusting, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines while optimizing parameters to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 verifiable years of experience in plastic injection industries. * Plastic injection molding machines. * Knowledge of mold assembly/disassembly, parameter adjustment, resin handling, peripherals, blueprint interpretation, and use of measuring instruments. * Familiarity with PVC, hardness 50/90, and polypropylene resins. * Knowledge of process sheets for startup adjustments. **Responsibilities** * Injection processes using cold runner, hot runner, and mixed runner molds. * Operation and supervision of injection molding machines. * Parameter adjustment to minimize material waste. * Production startup and validation. * Ensuring quality and efficiency in plastic part production. * Technical troubleshooting of machinery and peripheral equipment.
