Growth opportunity PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR A company specializing in packaging contract manufacturing is seeking: Production Supervisor We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented individual to coordinate production operations and supervise staff at the plant. Requirements * Experience in contract manufacturing and personnel supervision * Leadership ability and team management skills * Production monitoring and goal achievement * Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented individual * Prior experience in cardboard and folding packaging (preferred but not mandatory) Responsibilities * Supervision of operational staff * Coordination and monitoring of production * Time control and target achievement * Quality and operational process monitoring * Incident reporting and operational support * Organization of activities within the plant We Offer * Weekly salary of $3,000 MXN (take-home pay) * Additional performance- and productivity-based bonuses * Stable employment * Positive work environment * Growth opportunity Schedule Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. **Location:** Los Robles 59\-A, Parques Zapopan, 45138 Zapopan, Jal.
