You will be the key player ensuring the **efficiency, safety, and operational readiness** of our vehicle fleet. If you are a **proactive, highly organized individual** with **strong negotiation and team/resource coordination skills**, we want to meet you! **What You Need to Succeed** * **Essential Experience:** **2 years managing fleets** of similar size (100–200 units). * **Solid Knowledge:** **Automotive Mechanics** (Mandatory!). * **Education:** High school diploma, Technical degree, or Engineering degree in Automotive Mechanics (or related field). * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (critical), and familiarity with **ERP / CRM systems** and vehicle tracking platforms (preferred). * **Basic Requirement:** Valid driver’s license. **Your Key Responsibilities** You will be the **engine** keeping our operations running smoothly by managing: * **Strategic Maintenance:** Coordination, monitoring, and control of vehicle entries/exits and their maintenance with workshops and suppliers. * **Documentation and Resource Management:** Vehicle-related procedures (insurance, registrations, deregistrations, license plates, inspections), vehicle inventory control, and effective supplier negotiations. * **Safety and Control:** Administration of **driving tests** to technicians and expert follow-up on **accidents**, including on-site validation. * **Process Leadership:** Vehicle receipt and delivery, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. **What We Offer You?
