Position Summary: Responsible for the management, control, and analysis of materials in electronic product manufacturing, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient resource utilization. Management and analysis of materials for electronic production A leading company in the Electronic sector is hiring: Materials Control OBJECTIVE: To serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and Procurement, overseeing the strategic preparation of materials and internal activities necessary to fulfill customer requirements. Responsible for managing, controlling, and analyzing materials used in electronic product manufacturing, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient resource utilization. ACTIVITIES: * Follow up with buyers to expedite critical materials. * Maintain direct communication with customers to report material status. * Report to BU / Customer costs incurred due to raw material expediting, excesses/obsolescence, and identify the party responsible for absorbing such costs. * Strategic preparation of customized and/or special materials. * Generate material coverage analysis reports such as MRP, DNS. * Maintain SAP parameters for projects in the introduction phase. * Generate DSO\-DPO reporting analysis. * Monthly CTB analysis.
