You will be a key piece in the customer experience **Recruitment 4.0 is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------- **SALES (PART-TIME)** ------------------------- A company specializing in designing and selling children's formal wear, located near Plaza San Isidro, is seeking talent. ### **Location** San Isidro, Zapopan, Jalisco ### **We Offer** * Base salary + commissions + performance bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Flexibility (up to two shift swaps per month) * Three unpaid leave days per year * Continuous training * Growth opportunities * Corporate uniform * ________________________________________________________________________________________ ### **Schedule** * **Morning Shift** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift** Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays: 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ### **Compensation and Conditions** * Base salary: **$4,500 MXN monthly** * Commissions * Performance bonus * Initial 90-day contract with potential for permanent placement ### **Purpose of the Role** You will be a key contributor in delivering an exceptional customer experience—from the first contact through to the closing of the sale.
