Ensure presentation and rotation standards on the sales floor. **Recruitment 4.0 is seeking a Product Specialist in Ferrocarril - Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position Title:**PICKING SPECIALIST** Department: **GDL Store** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field. * 2 years of verifiable experience supervising picking or warehouse teams, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of inventory management, merchandise control systems, and planograms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **GENERAL OBJECTIVE**:Ensure merchandise is available, correctly placed, and meets presentation and rotation standards on the sales floor and in the warehouse through proper supervision, coordination, and optimization of the picking area. This role is critical to operational efficiency, customer experience, and achievement of business objectives. Schedule: \<\* HRS Flexible schedule to work according to operational needs, in compliance with the working hours stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT), as well as floor sales duties.
