Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diagnostics, develop preventive and corrective plans, respond to machinery and facility failures, and manage maintenance programs. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance plans. 2. Response to machinery failures and repair of facilities. 3. Management and development of maintenance programs. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Education: Technical degree; incomplete undergraduate studies in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Maintenance. Knowledge: General facility maintenance, welding, electrical control, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, etc. **Responsibilities** * Perform diagnostics and develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all production-area machinery (including equipment replacement proposals). * Respond to machinery and equipment failures occurring during the assigned shift. * Repair machinery components, equipment, and plant facilities. * Identify suppliers, reduce maintenance costs and time. * Maintain maintenance logs, including problem diagnosis and resolution. * Manage and develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for assigned franchise locations. * Daily inspection and supervision of machinery operating conditions within the plant. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, sanitary, and general building systems (painting, masonry, metalwork, plumbing, etc.). * Install electrical systems for plant equipment (110 V and 220 V). Work Location: Mineral de la Reforma, Hidalgo Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Salary + Statutory Benefits Compensation: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
